Alex joined Vantage Resources in 2022 following a successful career in personal training and the recent completion of a BSc with University of Limerick. Alex applies the skills he has gained working in the fitness industry to providing the best service possible for clients and candidates. The key to his success comes from developing strong relationships with candidates and finding the best opportunities for them.

Fun fact about Alex: Alex is a single figure golfer, so when he’s not at work you know where to find him!

Anne-Marie joined Vantage in 2017 and holds a key role as our Office / Recruitment Administrator. Anne-Marie supports the business by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. She is responsible for overseeing service delivery from our 3^rd party vendor/suppliers, runs and estimates budgets, schedules meetings, facilitates client requests and is responsible for contract & client invoicing,  accounts receivable/accounts payable, and compliance.

Fun Fact about Anne-Marie: Anne-Marie loves musicals, her top 3 are Les Miserables, Wicked and Rent. 

Aoife joined Vantage Resources as an IT Resourcer in 2012 and quickly moved up the ranks to become the Contract Team Lead. After moving on from Vantage Resources in 2020, Aoife has now returned as Associate Director. Although she will be keeping her hand in the day to day duties of recruitment, she will also be involved in driving the company forward. Over the years, she has developed an excellent knowledge of the sector in Ireland. She is known for providing an honest, ethical, and professional service. She delivers the best results for her clients and candidates through a collaborative, open and honest partnership.

Fun fact about Aoife: Despite having a fear of heights, Aoife decided to climb Mt Kinabalu on her honeymoon – needless to say she didn’t make it to the top!

Barbara joined Vantage in 1999 and has been key to the continued success of the organisation from then.  In her current role as Office & Change Manager for Vantage Resources she has overseen the delivery of many key projects for the business. She is responsible for the delivery of ongoing projects including: project analysis, feasibility studies, initiation, business objectives planning and project roadmaps.  Her responsibilities extend to the office admin function for Vantage where she manages all payment and compliance requirements including accounts payable/receivable as well as all ISO certification & standards.

Fun Fact about Barbara: Barbara has visited 6 of the 7 continents in the world to date...her aim is to get to Antarctica to make it 7!

With over two decades of experience in financial control and business development, Craig is commercially minded, knowledgeable and innovative. Focused on implementing solid new strategies and financial best practices, he facilitates business growth and safeguards the company's reputation. As Financial Controller with Vantage Resources since 2005, he has honed his skills in managing multiple currencies and making decisions in time-sensitive conditions..  

Fun fact about Craig: Craig is a massive fan of Disney films! He regularly brings the kids to see them, but really it's for him.

Derek is a business graduate of TCD, a qualified management accountant (ACMA) and holds an MBA from Smurfit Business school. He has 10 years Capital Markets experience in senior Finance & Project Management roles having worked in both London & Dublin. He developed, built and managed his own successful Digital Marketing Consultancy over a 15 year period. Since 2017 Derek has worked as a specialist IT Recruiter focusing on technical and management roles. He focused on supporting the build of agile teams for his clients across a range of Fintech & Technology sectors. He joined Vantage in 2020 as a Business Development Consultant with a view to growing our customer base.

Fun fact about Derek: Derek is an Ironman Triathlon nut, and is really into mindfulness.

Jason joined Vantage Resources in 2008 after working as a Senior Project Manager in the IT industry. After graduating with a Masters in Computer Science Jason spent over 12 years with international software companies in a wide range of roles working in Ireland, South America and the Middle East. He has extensive experience in software delivery across Business Analysis and Project Management, especially in the payment systems arena. 

Fun fact about Jason: Despite not being a runner, Jason has completed two Dublin Marathons with zero training before hand. You can ask him how he got along!

Kenny is a driven and ambitious professional with extensive experience in Human resource management services. She is self-motivated and thrives on the challenge of achievement, as well as through team collaboration. Kenny works with a client focused approach, while also fulfilling business needs. She is versatile, focused and always willing to grow and learn through continuous professional development.

Fun Fact: Kenny gets sweaty palms when she sings in public but other people think she’s great at it!

Paige is an energetic and enthusiastic professional who has joined Vantage Resources coming from a background in Hospitality, Administration and Customer Service. She finds kindness, dedication and honesty to be the most valuable qualities in finding the best fit for all. Her goal is to exceed all expectations made of her by clients and candidates, all with a positive attitude!

Peter re-joined Vantage Resources in May 2022 having worked there previously from 2011 until 2013, and is focusing on the permanent market. Originally a Business Analyst, Peter got involved in Recruitment after relocating to Ireland from Scotland in 1995. He has extensive agency recruitment experience and a very good understanding of roles and technologies. He has a BA in Business Studies and a Post Grad in Systems Analysis. He has excellent organisation and communication skills, and has a charming Glaswegian accent and demeanour!

Fun fact about Peter: Peter is a Scottish football fan and, in his early 20s, was frequently mistaken for Scottish football legend Gordon Strachan. This was not a good thing as "Wee Gordon" was certainly not regarded as a legend in Glasgow!

Sam brings a wealth of HR and Recruitment experience to his role having worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. He joined Vantage in 2004 and has had many roles within the business.  His current role covers Account Management for many large public sector clients. He brings a wealth of experience in the sourcing, vetting and proposing of high calibre candidates within the constraints of tight client budgets. He is an expert in utilising social media channels in the sourcing of superior IT professionals in both the local market and internationally.

Shauna joined Vantage Resources coming from a background in customer service and beauty. Shauna believes in delivering a service with honesty, integrity and a little bit of fun. Her background in customer service has given her the ability to empathise and prioritise other’s needs. She prides herself on finding the right fit for all.

Fun fact about Shauna: Due to her love of Marvel superheroes, she has a tiny dog named Thor!

Tracey has a degree in European Business Studies and has worked in management positions for a wide variety of organisations. From FMCG and Marketing, Graphic and Interior Design, the primary focus for Tracey has always been the customer. Tracey is dedicated to providing her candidates and clients with the best service and ensuring she finds the best fit for everyone.

Fun fact about Tracey: Despite her stage fright, Tracey has performed at an open mic and also at a Strictly for her local GAA club – and loved it!
