Wintel System Engineer– Public Sector

What’s involved:

• Working as a part of the network operations team
• Deliver presentations to senior staff
• Implement, maintain, and support Microsoft-based environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Utilize virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V, along with Active Directory and storage/backup best practices.
• Design and build Wintel Server-based environments, meeting organizational requirements and industry guidelines.
• Optimize Wintel Server architecture for maximum availability
• Configure Active Directory Group Policies to enforce security best practices.

What you need:

• 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with remote desktop services
• Strong Active Directory administration experience
• VMware experience essential
• Experience preparing project documentation
• Back up and restore solutions
• Disaster recovery solutions
