Test Manager Role and Responsibilities:
As a Testing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the testing strategy, ensuring systems meet business and security requirements while delivering a seamless experience for stakeholders.
What’s involved:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of testing activities across projects.
Ensure systems, configurations, and services meet specifications and security requirements.
Oversee Test Analysis and Test Management, running workshops to define testing needs.
Drive process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and quality.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain high-quality documentation, including test cases and reports.
What you need:
IT degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in a similar Test Management position
Ideally 3+ years working in financial services
Proven experience in defining test strategies, test data, and executing test plans.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
