Test Manager Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate lead the end-to-end test delivery for complex IT projects. In this role, you will oversee test strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive quality assurance improvements, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality requirements and deliverables..
What’s involved:
Manage and deliver the testing lifecycle for IT projects.
Develop and maintain Test Strategy documents, schedules, and risk management plans.
Plan and execute test efforts and approaches aligned with organizational policies and quality gates.
Coordinate test cycles across various working groups, including collaboration with client test teams.
Supervise Junior and Senior Testers across multiple sprint teams.
Oversee UAT management and defect management, including root cause analysis and prevention.
Track and report test progress across Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Project Managers and Working Group Leads, on schedules, risks, and progress.
What you need:
A minimum of 10 years of software testing experience, including 5+ years as a Test Manager.
Varied Test Tooling Experience including Defect Management and Test Management tools
Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies, standards, and automation.
Experience managing test processes for multi-application solutions.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills.
A track record of working with local and remote teams, providing updates, and escalating issues effectively.
