Technical Project Manager Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate oversee the management and maintenance of both on-premise and AWS, Proving and Pre-Production environments. Your role will contribute to enhancing solutions and capabilities within the Environment Management Service (EMS) function.
What’s involved:
Oversee and manage stakeholder use of shared resources through effective planning and scheduling.
Maintain operational environments and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor environments for unusual activity and conduct investigations when necessary.
Perform periodic checks to maintain environment fidelity and address any inconsistencies.
Manage deployments and ensure clear communication across teams to avoid disruptions.
Provide regular reporting to senior management.
What you need:
4-5 years of experience in Technical Project Management.
Familiarity with enterprise solutions, including on-premises and cloud environments (UNIX, Windows, mainframe/AS400).
Proficiency with O/S, Infrastructure, and Middleware.
Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly to varied audiences.
