What’s involved:

  • The Clarity Systems Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing management, upkeep, and administration of the Clarity system, ensuring optimal performance and availability to support business functions. Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, configuring the system, providing user support, managing upgrades, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key tasks include:

  • Managing, configuring, and maintaining the Clarity system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Providing user support, including troubleshooting system issues, answering queries, and conducting training sessions as needed.
  • Customizing dashboards, reports, and workflows within Clarity to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborating with IT, project management teams, and other departments to ensure the system aligns with business objectives.
  • Creating and updating system documentation, including configuration details, workflows, and user guides.
  • Ensuring the system complies with company policies, legal regulations, and data security protocols.

What you need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience with the application and support of the Clarity PPM tool.
  • Familiarity with project, program, and portfolio reporting, as well as change delivery governance frameworks.
  • Proficient data analysis skills, with experience using data visualization tools like PowerBI to create dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
