Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced System Administrator / Help Desk Specialist with a solid foundation in Microsoft Technologies. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with over 4 years of experience in managing and supporting on-premises environments and solving technical issues for business users. You’ll be joining a team that values precision, security, and innovation in problem-solving and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal user access to essential business tools.
  • Active Directory & Group Policy Management: Configure and manage Active Directory, including creating and maintaining user accounts, managing permissions, and applying Group Policy settings.
  • Microsoft Technologies Support: Provide advanced support across Microsoft products, focusing on efficient, secure, and reliable technology usage within the organization.
  • Technical Solutions: Identify, analyze, and implement technical solutions to address business problems, ensuring improved productivity and system efficiency.
  • On-prem Environment Management: Oversee and maintain on-premise systems, implementing best practices for security and stability.
  • Entra ID (Bonus): Familiarity with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) is a plus, as it will enhance identity management and secure user access across our systems.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in a Help Desk or System Administration role, with intermediate-level skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
    • Proficiency with Windows Client & Server environments.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies (Office 365, Windows OS, etc.).
    • Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven ability to identify and implement solutions for technical issues that impact business operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
