Sr. Test Manager Private Sector

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop geo-dispersed QA teams for project delivery.
• Define and oversee test strategy for large Agile programs, including automation and test data management.
• Conduct quality reviews, defect analysis, and ensure smooth test phase deliveries.
• Track and manage KPIs, automation ROI, and project risks (RAID).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, service partners, and senior leadership.
• Ensure continuous improvements and innovation in testing.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT, 5+ years in Test Management (Banking experience required).
• Strong expertise in manual & automation testing, CI/CD, and test tools (Jira, Zephyr).
• Experience leading large testing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role Details:

• Two Sr. Test Managers:
  • One managing 7-8 squads, overseeing delivery.
  • One handling end-to-end testing, stakeholder engagement, and maintenance.
