Solution Architect (MS Dynamics 365) Public Sector

What’s involved:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in MS Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
• Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CRM system settings and security roles to ensure compliance with business needs and data protection regulations.
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during imports/exports.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM-related issues and ensure timely resolution

What you need:

• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Must have bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above)
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and capabilities.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with data migration and data integration techniques
• Must be Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect.
• Must be located in Ireland
