What’s Involved

• Identify gaps in current FP&A processes, data access, MI, and insights to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Proactively develop and implement data-driven solutions to address existing inefficiencies and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
• Work with the Head of FP&A to define and implement an optimized FP&A operating model.
• Improve financial data accessibility, ensuring business leaders have real-time, accurate, and actionable insights.
• Work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and key business units, to ensure financial insights drive strategic decisions.

What you need:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial strategy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Proven experience in identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and defining target operating models within an FP&A function.
• Strong data analytics skills with experience in financial systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
