What’s Involved

• Proactive and rigorous oversight monthly to ensure our billing with Atlassian is 100% correct.
• Take prompt remedial action where there are any indications of discrepancies/ inaccuracies to prevent any billing issues impacts
• Understanding impact and supporting new functionalities being released in the sandbox before Atlassian pushes to production
• Take advantage of new cloud functionalities such as automation rules to enhance and optimize the way we use the products and improve our ways of working
• Work with stakeholders, end users and the Atlassian Admin team to identify requirements, procedural efficiencies.
• Possess the ability and experience to offer potential options to fulfil requests with best-in-class solutions

What you need:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the Atlassian Cloud Ecosystem (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
• Good working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Advanced Roadmaps/Jira Plans
• Very good Jira Automation Rule skills
• Good knowledge and familiarity using JQL
• Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other platforms such as Microsoft
• Knowledge of some/all the following marketplace Apps - Tempo Timesheets and Structure, JSU, Script Runner, Dynamic Forms, Issue Picker, Zephyr, GitHub integration
• Actively create and maintain Atlassian Admin Standard Operating Procedures
