SDET Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate be responsible for developing, executing, and analysing tests to ensure the functionality and quality of our clients systems.
What’s involved:
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and run tests, analysing outputs.
Independently develop and execute test plans.
Design and automate test solutions for user journeys.
Suggest process improvements and implement automation efforts.
Conduct exploratory testing to ensure the system functions as expected for users.
Comprehend user stories and perform various testing levels (unit, functional, integration, regression).
Work in an agile environment, attending daily stand-ups and reporting on progress.
What you need:
Proven experience in quality engineering and test automation (message processing, REST APIs, UI-based apps with Selenium/Protractor).
Proficiency in Linux/Unix and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven).
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, JUnit, Databases, APIs (REST), and testing frameworks (BDD/TDD).
Excellent technical skills, a proactive approach, and ability to work under pressure.
Stamp 4 visa or EU Passport only
Highly desirable:
Experience testing cloud-based platforms and microservices.
Advanced knowledge of Java, Spring, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Scrum or SAFe development frameworks.
