Risk Assessment Manager Private Sector

What’s involved:

• Conduct IT risk assessments for new products, services, and technologies.
• Oversee risk assessment activities, develop remediation plans, and manage risk exceptions.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and escalate critical risks where necessary.
• Drive awareness and integration of risk management within the business.
• Provide insightful risk reporting to senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years’ experience in technology risk with relevant qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of IT risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and influence decision-making.
• Experience in IT control design, process mapping, and risk analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive, and results-driven with strong decision-making abilities.
