Operational Resilience Specialist Public Sector

What’s involved:
- Support the development and maintenance of a proportionate and sustainable approach to Operational Resilience.
- Oversee the maturity and upkeep of an Operational Resilience Management System (ORMS) that complies with current regulatory requirements, such as the Cross Industry Guidance on Operational Resilience (CIGOR).
- Ensure the business incident management capability remains mature and "incident ready" at all times.
- Provide direct support to the Ireland business in responding to incidents, including the review and remediation of any issues identified post-incident.
- Conduct horizon scanning and monitor potential threats to facilitate the early identification, assessment, escalation, reporting, and resolution of Operational Resilience risks.
What you need:
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Major Incident Management, Risk Management, or Disaster Recovery.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
- Based in Ireland, with the flexibility to travel as needed within the country.
- Holds or is willing to obtain a recognized certification in continuity or risk management.
- Skilled in developing or assisting in the implementation of Operational Resilience Management Systems in line with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CIGOR) or international standards like ISO 22301.
