Non Functional Test Manager Private Sector

Role and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the testing kick-off meeting
• Review the project deliverables and project status regularly
• Ensure smooth project delivery
• Participate in regular meetings with project management
• Communicate accomplishments, plan, issues and risks
• Develop and maintain test schedules, track and forecast project costs and labour hours
• Manage end to end NFT test delivery
• Participate in PDG and Leadership Governance
• Liaise with NFT architects and ensure Bank standards and frameworks are adhered to

What you need:

• Over 12 years of experience providing leadership in managing E2E testing
• Preferably in non-functional testing and Performance testing
• Operational acceptance testing
• Ideally in banking or similar domain
• Strong communication skills
• Stamp 4 Visa
