What’s involved:
As an Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, your main responsibility will be to serve as a functional expert for Dynamics, collaborating with our client’s Customer Experience consulting teams and Power Platform and Dynamics engineering teams.
You will provide deep technical expertise and support in Solution Development and go-to-market proposition shaping, with a particular focus on all aspects of Power Platform.
Your role will involve acting as a bridge between consulting and technical teams to develop customized and powerful solutions for clients.
What you need:
Deep knowledge of the MS Dynamics Platform, specifically in the areas of Customer Service, Customer Experience, and/or Contact Centre improvements and solutions.
Ability to analyze and diagnose customer practices, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate them to architect and development teams.
Capable of translating the gathered information into clear functional processes.
Knowledge of the D365 product capabilities and limitations will enable you to influence, suggest, and optimize client requirements.
Ability to conduct workshops, develop prototypes, and test market needs.
