- About the Role: The mission of the Program Management Team is to manage and oversee projects within the Payment Gateway Services organization, ensuring the efficient delivery of cost-effective, high-quality changes aligned with business priorities and client commitments.
- Project Managers are responsible for supporting key Payment Gateway Services accounts, focusing on delivering payment and fraud solutions on a global scale. They also play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives (projects and/or programs) that align with the organization's business strategy, including compliance, product development, and infrastructure-related projects.
Key Requirements:
- Skilled in project management and successfully delivering projects.
- Knowledge with the payments gateway market.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing third-party providers.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to apply logical thinking to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
- Proven ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Prior experience in consulting is highly desirable.
