Head of Project Management

Type: Permanent Location: Midlands Salary: €90k - €110k DOE

Our client is a major provider of energy solutions in Ireland, and they are currently seeking a new Head of Project Management establish and lead a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO). As part of the senior leadership team, the Head of PMO will play a critical role in driving strategic alignment, ensuring robust project governance, and delivering successful outcomes from early development through commissioning.

What’s involved:

Drive resource and budget planning, ensuring efficient deployment and monitoring of capital and operational expenditure.
Lead and mentor a team of programme and project managers to deliver performance excellence and continuous improvement.
Serve as the key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, and government agencies.
Ensure alignment between project delivery and strategic business goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sustainability.

What you need:

10+ years of experience in programme and project management.
Proven leadership in managing complex project portfolios.
Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management; professional PM certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Full, unrestricted and immediate working rights to work in Ireland.
