Fullstack Developer Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experiences and optimize performance across our digital properties
What’s involved:
Lead the design and development of digital customer and advisor journeys
Contribute to strategic planning, scoping, and sizing initiatives
Perform critical analysis and peer code reviews
Represent the team in workshops to ensure optimal solutions
Mentor and support team members
Collaborate with business partners and third-party vendors
Drive continuous improvement and innovation
What you need:
5+ years’ experience across Java & Spring framework
Experience across HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Excellent knowledge of SOAP & RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of UX principles, User-Centred Design & Desing thinking
Knowledge of 3rd party integrations as well as authentication services highly desirable
Background in Financial Services/ Pensions are an advantage
