DevOps Engineer  – Contract – 12 Months

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and on-premises infrastructure to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, automating, and optimizing our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring security best practices are followed. You will work closely with our development, security, and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated deployments.
Manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Implement and manage DevSecOps practices to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
Oversee the management and automation of on-premises infrastructure, including server provisioning, networking, and storage.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring uptime, security, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and system performance.
Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.
Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong experience with DevSecOps practices and tools (e.g., security scanning, vulnerability management, threat modeling).
Extensive experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, including deployment, scaling, and management.
Hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructure, including virtualization, networking, and storage.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Strong understanding of network and security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
