Job Description:
- We are seeking a Business Change Analyst with experience in the financial industry to support and drive organizational change. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness analysis, and coaching. This role will serve as the primary interface between the project team and the end-user community, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the success of change initiatives within the organization.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Change Analyst or similar role, ideally within the financial industry.
- Experience with change management methodologies and implementing organizational change in the context of financial services.
- Experience in driving change initiatives related to process improvements, systems upgrades, or organizational restructuring in financial institutions is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the impact of changes on business processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with change management software (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint) is preferred.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
