IT/Operation Support Analyst – Contract, Dublin
Exciting opportunity to work with a top tier Public Sector organisation.
Work in an escalated technical support environment as an IT Operations Support Analyst, completing system monitoring, maintenance and resolving client/server issues.
- Provide Level 3 technical support.
- Support and system maintenance for complex applications.
- Provide technical assistance to client teams as appropriate.
- plan and implement future technical enhancements and releases.
- Implement all technical changes to the system in the test environment before they are implemented in live.
- Liaise with Third Party Vendors on behalf of the client to prioritise issues, fixes and software releases.
- Attend Infrastructure Request (IR) meetings to determine impact on relevant environments.
- Agree to work towards Continuous Improvement initiatives in collaboration with the client.
What you need:
- Knowledge Windows server and desktop operating systems /
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies is preferable.
- Experience with ITIL best practices (or similar methodologies
- Experience working with large scale client network Windows 8 & Windows 10
- Proven ability to provide ownership of technical issues from assignment until resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)

- 12 Month Contract (extension based on performance)
